Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Retirement Update

UPDATE January 9, 2019:
Justice Ginsburg has missed oral arguements on new session of SCOTUS for first time since 1993 due to illness. This is now day 3 of no RBG! People are starting to ask questions. We the people demand proof of life! If she can't fulfill her job duties she must either resign or be impeached so she can be replaced. This is it people. This is her exit strategy now set in motion during the week of the release of a movie about her this coming Friday timed to distract her fans as she exits.
Being unable to be present for oral arguments makes her unable to carry out her duties with only 2 remedies:
1. Retirement
2. Impeachment

Our source inside the Beltway says she will not be impeached but will opt for retirement later this week.
We wish her well and hopes she can enjoy her remaining golden years in a non political role which we doubt she will but we hope she chooses.

Stay with us for further updates as we broke this story first and will stay with it...

After X-Rays in November ordered after her fall in her chambers that resulted in 3 cracked ribs revealed malignant cancer tumors on her lungs, Justice RBG has finally decided to hang up her Judicial Robe in favor of enjoying her remaining Golden Years in another capacity yet to be revealed to us as she stated as she was discharged cancer free from the hospital on Christmas Day 2018 following successful cancer surgery.

2 windows of opportunity for her exit appear to be evident with sources differing on which one will be hr exit but both high level judicial sources concur she will retire in 2019.
Opportunity #1 is after January 3rd when the new Congress is seated.
Opportunity #2 is at the end of the current session of the #SCOTUS which would mirror the exit of Justice Kennedy in 2018.

Stay tuned for updates we will post them here as they become available including replacement choices for her seat by President Trump and the upcoming battle for his or her confirmation.
