2. Only 427 Members voted & of those 3 voted Present which brings the vote down to 424 leaving 11 districts with millions of voters without representation with 8 seats still not seated.
3. Any legislation that she brings to a vote and passes out of the House to send to the Senate will be Dead on Arrival as Mitch McConnell will either not bring it for a vote or send back to her.
